Job Overview

The goal of the Recruitment Marketing Specialist is to provide recruitment, marketing, and strategic communications in support of the mission of Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) and its strategic goal of cultivating a high performing team of professionals. The Specialist is responsible for a variety of communications functions, to include strategic design and placement of recruitment communications and ads, developing and maintaining communication tools, coordinating and promoting job fairs and hiring events through multiple platforms both paid and earned media, creating and distributing high-quality marketing materials, to support LCPS in becoming the employer of choice. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging analytics in order to make strategic, data-driven marketing decisions.

Qualifications

     Education

     Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field

 

     Experience

     Two years of professional experience in marketing or communications
