Job Overview

The Digital Experience Specialist maintains a complex technology environment and ensures all technology elements are operating effectively so that students, teachers, and staff can remain focused on student learning. This position provides exceptional client experiences, maximizes technology uptime, and serves as a technology advocate for their assigned school or administration building.  

 

Digital Experience Specialists may be reassigned to assist and/or support other locations to meet the needs of the district, in accordance with School Board Policy

Qualifications

 

Below are the minimum qualifications for this job. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable.

Education
Associates degree or two years of equivalent experience in an Information Technology field

Experience

 

Licenses and Certifications

MCP or MCSA, ITILv4, HDI, A+, N+ certifications preferred
