Job Overview

The Career and Technical Education Resource Teacher relies on authentic, rigorous, and student-centered teaching and learning experiences that embed content and competencies in Career and Technical Education. 

The Career and Technical Education   Resource Teacher will work with the Career and Technical Education office to provide content specific expertise, appropriate curriculum, and professional development for teachers as they implement the Career and Technical Education curriculum in their classrooms. The resource teacher will also support Career and Technical Education by providing curricular resources, professional development, and technical support for Career and Technical Education teachers. The resource teacher will work with Department of Teaching and Learning staff, Career and Technical Education staff, and school-based staff to provide support and resources that deepen students’ knowledge and move students towards the LCPS Profile of a Graduate.
