The Director, Human Resources and Talent Development (Employee Benefits) champions HRTD practices which cultivate a high-performing team of professionals focused on our mission and goals. The Director provides leadership and strategic solutions in the development of goals, policies, and procedures and the management of the daily operations and supervision of the staff.  This position plans, supervises, implements, and analyzes policies and regulations; ensures plan and program administration complies with established laws and regulations; advises senior leadership on overall program operations and significant administrative issues; and directs staff development with an emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

Below are the minimum qualifications for this job. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable.

 

     Education                                                                                                                  

     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred

 

     Experience  

     Ten years of experience in human resources field or in school administration, supervisory experience required 

 

     Licenses and Certifications

     Human Resources Certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred

Salary Level: Scale B/Universal - Exempt Level 27

Salary Range:$138,108 - $213,470

Remote Work Eligible: Partial
